Emily runs an outdoor adventure and leadership program for youth, is a travel coach, and strives to thrive with and awesome husband, two little, and two adult children.
Some great advice from Emily is to try and never settle in; always plug along and keep swimming. When a day is crummy, strive again the next day and try not to let it weigh on my shoulders. Remember to return to Christ and the why behind any of your tasks or activities. And cheer others on all along the way!
