Joyce Lo was an University English literature lecturer before; one day she decided to step out of her comfort zone to have an adventure. And that's how everything began. Joyce has always been a seeker. Even as a child, she was never content with easy answers and wanted to understand the how and why of things. This led her on a journey of discovery that has included many different paths and disciplines. Along the way, she found Movement Flow to be the most effective way to help people achieve their full potential. Movement Flow is not just a system of exercises; it is a philosophy that emphasizes the importance of connecting mind, body, and spirit. By teaching people to move with intention and attention, Joyce believes that we can create a more compassionate and joyful world.
