Nicole Parchani is a Sint Maarten native, pushing the tech industry to build sustainable tech that allows anyone to create and build connections with others. In her free time, Nicole hosts the chattabox podcast, where she that explores everything tied to our human experience. As a Gen Z it can be tough to figure out your place in this crazy world with everything constantly evolving; often we feel lonely and disempowered to do anything to change our lives. Nicole believes through open discussion we can not only learn from each other's differences but find a path forward that allows us to truly attain a deeper awareness of our purpose. In addition, Nicole leads an incredible nonprofit focused on creating space for disruptive Caribbean leaders called EmpowerU. EmpowerU is a digital incubator for Caribbean talent and our mission is to empower, educate and expand the opportunities for Caribbean people and other minority groups throughout the world.
